Help settle a bet (1 Viewer)

A guy I work with is a huge Raiders fan. Another is a Redskins fan. The Raider fan says that they were undefeated vs. the Reskins from 1990-1999. The Redskin fan disagrees. Granted, since this is AFC vs NFC, there is probably only 2-3 games, but there is $20 riding on it. I have been tasked to find the answer as an independent observer.

I looked all over the place. I can find all-time records vs. each other, but nothing about specific games and/or dates. Any ideas? I know some of you guys are huge stat and NFL history buffs.
