When was the last time that both starting QBs in one game both completed fewer than half of their attempts? With every team having some packages that reflect the west coast offense, it seems like completion percentage has been on the rise. It seems somewhat rare for a QB to post a % under 50, and I can't even remember the last time I saw two QBs in the same game do it before today's Culpepper/VYoung matchup.

Just looking real quick at teams (rather than just starting QBs), it happened 8 times in 2006, 10 times in 2005, and 10 times in 2004. So it's not something you see every week, but it's not really all that extraordinary either.
