These guys are around late in many drafts. Which one has more upside for 2011?
Same in my league. My ww is locked until Tuesday after the first week. Hopefully he doesn't blow up in week one.Gibson is sitting on my waiver wire, while Moore was drafted. I am strongly considering dropping Andre Roberts for Gibson...I think he has the potential to be a quality play this year.
Who takes his spot?Stunned what I've seen Gibson go for recently. He doesn't last 4 games as a starter IMO.
Moore by a mile. Gibson could get cut. The rams can only hold 6 WRs and MSW, Amandola, Salas, and Pettis are guaranteed spots. Leaving the last 1/2 spots to Donnie Avery, Danario Alexander, and Gibson.
DHB couldn't catch a VD in a brothel.Moore has had a great camp, but he is not a starter right now (he is second or third string). DHB is going to start for awhile at least opposite Ford.
I think Sims-Walker and Avery both pass him.Who takes his spot?Stunned what I've seen Gibson go for recently. He doesn't last 4 games as a starter IMO.
'DevilintheDetail said:Gibson, and I don't think it is close.Gibson is the #1 wr (check out the official team depth chart) in the featured flanker position one week before the season starts. The QB and coaches have said repeatedly that he has had a great camp. He has a good young qb and a high-powered offense that did wonders last season with Lloyd and company. He plays in a division with pretty weak secondaries (Seahawks, Niners, Cardinals). He has good size and is just entering his third season. Moore has had a great camp, but he is not a starter right now (he is second or third string). DHB is going to start for awhile at least opposite Ford. Campbell was not very good last year even with Zach Miller opening up the field and the o-line is going to suffer without Gallery, who was one of their best blockers last year. The Raiders also have a dysfunctional organization that can certainly can cause turmoil for the team (the players will probably be dealing with another qb controversy by week 4 again). He is also just a rookie.
DHB has looked better lately and Al Davis still wants him starting. That goes for a lot in Oakland.'spider321 said:DHB couldn't catch a VD in a brothel.'DevilintheDetail said:Moore has had a great camp, but he is not a starter right now (he is second or third string).
