A couple questions before I consider getting back into this:

Does Carrie bone more random dudes or get naked?

Does Quinn still act cheesy like he's Carrie's guardian?

Do they still force family garbage into the story line?

Do they still overkill Carrie's disease?

Are there still an endless amount of plot twists and conspiracies that go nowhere and are just forgotten?

Tx
Show needs more Quinn.
You’ll not see nothing like the mighty Quinn

The only way to improve this show is to retool it completely.

Get rid of everybody except for Quinn, Saul, and F. Murray.

ETA: And bring back Chris Brody. I'm thinking of buying a new flat screen and could use some reviews.

I was a little surprised they did not have some stock footage of the Brody clan at their house for the baby drive-by - would have been riveting TV.

God that was a boring hour and a half. I cant believ that dude was killed so quickly. Thought he was supposed to be a new star on the show. Also is that terrorist kid from that movie with the tiger? Also, glad to see that hot terrorist chick fro season 2 is still gonna be in this show,

He (Corey Stoll) was really good on House of Cards. Guess they couldn't get him for longer than that, he's also being wasted as the lead on The Strain, sadly.

Yeah not sure what was up with having Corey Stoll do a 15 minute part.

loved him in HoC. He needs to stop dying and start surviving

He was pretty good as F. Scott Hemingway in "Midnight in Paris"...which I actually hated.

Sorry for Hippling. I'm assuming nobody still watches this horrible show. BTW, it's clear that Brody was the sole reason for its initial success.

Call me crazy, but I think this was a pretty good episode.
Worst episode of the series... just laughable.
Everyone is in agreement then.
lol... I don't remember even writing that- I don't have Showtime any more and haven't seen the show this season.
Not actually necessary to blast it. I haven't seen a minute of it this season and boy, have these new episodes sucked.

I think what they're setting up now is pretty interesting, and that most of it is going to be set in Pakistan, apparently.

The Quinn/Carrie thing is a disappointing development. I'm pretty confused as to what these dudes see in this nutjob.

Call me a moron, but I've enjoyed this season so far. I didn't see that twist coming at the end.

Quinn is his best on those covert ops. I did get a laugh out of him being 'totally hidden' behind that sliver of a wall.

Another interesting episode. Seems to be setting things up nicely.

But then that last 3-5 minutes happened.

Really hard to imagine the angle the writers were going for here. Carrie essentially has no redeeming qualities, nothing to make the audience root for her either professionally or personally. She has basically shown she has to scheme, connive and sleep her way to "successes".

As the station chief, she sucks (literally and figuratively apparently) - at the outset we were led to believe she was some kind of super covert operative - but we have seen precious little of that since it was alluded early on in the series. But, be that as it may, as station chief she is the boss, and needs to stay above the fray and see the forrest without getting bogged down on one of the trees.

They should have just gotten Pamela Landy (From Bourne series) to be the station chief in Islamabad and Carrie could have run her op under a competent leader.

This is a series of so many missed opportunities - Brody killing the VP, Quinn taking a head shot on Carrie, etc.

I'm still going to give it a B- so far. Brody ruined the show however Dana redeemed the show. More Dana will earn a higher grade.

Way back in S1 we saw her give up the ### to random guys for no real reason at all, you don't think she'd do it to some nerdy version to try and keep him close/prevent him from flying the coop? Especially since she's lying to him about getting in to another medical school?

I wholly admit that another love angle could sink the show again, but I'm hoping that little more is made of Quinn's (absurd) love for Carrie, or that Carrie is just ####### the kid so he starts thinking with his penis.

Just caught up on this season.

Maybe this is just a psychological thing for Carrie starting with Brody, anyone that she takes in to help further her cause, she lets shtup her? Can't see any other reason to work that in for her in the storyline, other than to remind us that she's off the reservation.

Yeah all of this.

I was excited to start anew without Brody but they have just made Carrie a scary character that you are not rooting for. She's been crazy before but her intellect kept you rolling with her.

Kind of base but overall the show is just ugly to look at. Not excited to spend an hour in a bunker with this cast.

The "sit down young lady" line is all you have to know about this season. Silly.
