Daily was built for the NBA IMO. Dabble with it some. Megla and Mikeman are good sources of info and guidance. If you get reasonably OK at it by the time the NFL season winds down you can make some money at it when the NFL guys looking for a fix start playing.Know zip about NBA still, but still put in a LU with a voucher for the $4 contest I had.
I tried last year and sucked bad. The last minute inactives and whatnot seemed to kill me. (.. and the fact that I don't watch basketball) So far MLB has been my most successful.Daily was built for the NBA IMO. Dabble with it some. Megla and Mikeman are good sources of info and guidance. That's how mine turned out. I think I have James and Rose, and everybody else from the late game.If you loaded up on the late game players and James you should be good. Massive % owned on the early players excluding james
Who's going to soak up Hayward's minutes? The amount of value (and players in positions they shouldn't) on Fanduel tonight is stupid. It's basically a pickem after you decide on your value.
I'm sure there are others I'm missing.
- Celtics value still there
- Dennis Smith Jr and Ben Simmons are comically underpriced
- Lillard is super cheap considering CJM is out
- Spurs value with Kawhi out
- DeAngelo Russell is at SG (why??) and cheap for what is sure to be a 25%+ usage
- Aaron Gordon is pretty cheap

Same here 75/79/91LOL, Brown, Tatum, and Greek are 70/70/90 percent owned in my cash games.
Should've used my cash lineup for the gpp too, gpp cutline 4 points lower than my 50/50s. Still a winning night $5 in $7.20 out.Raging weasel said:thought I was in late swap but no so these are my lineups-was playing with cash lineup when it locked![]()

I've played 20 unique LUs in $1 and 3 gpps at DK both nights. Gpp cut lines are low this time of year, I think because of the NFL influence on the pool. I'm loading up because I've done best early in the season in season's past AND I am using the multi-entry process to keep my eye on everything fresh. It's a forced education. I have watched every single game so far. I'm down $35 in the gpps, but I play H2Hs too. While my scores have been mediocre, my h2h opponents have on average been worse so I'm up $180 against unknowns head to head. I probably won't play a 50/50 for weeks, if ever.Should've used my cash lineup for the gpp too, gpp cutline 4 points lower than my 50/50s. Still a winning night $5 in $7.20 out.
Have fun. Your Lakers should be entertaining this year even if they don't win a bunch of games. As I read more and consider options while tweaking 40 lineups, I find myself pretty committed to Blake and Valuncianus, sticking with Ingram, Clarkson and Rivers from the previous post, backing off Hardaway a little. As a Laker fan hoping Kuzma is the real thing.
Also, off to Staples in a minute here, so good luck all.
Was near even in GPPs and chose a h2h lu similar to RW's above but for DK so that went well. I'm up 300 in three nights of play and not loving this slate tonight. The players I'd like key on are mostly on the road which is contrary to my typical approach to larger slates. I like shooters at home. Some very high totals tonight so I'm starting by focusing on them. GS@NO, POR@IND and OR@BK all over 220. Games @PHO and @PHI - 217, 218. Filtering those 5 games and I'm starting with something like this:Won my cash games, lost my GPPs but still netted positive. I'm only playing a tiny amount right now tho.
I haven't really looked yet. What are your initial thoughts on your Lakers? Lonzo is going to have some tough nights thanks so his dad I think. Can anyone there handle a front-line, physical big man?Was near even in GPPs and chose a h2h lu similar to RW's above but for DK so that went well. Without Boogie there's plenty of $ to work with. I feel locked on Vucevic, DBooker and Collison.
My thoughts won't pass the language filter here. LA is weak inside. Lopez is a plodder. Starting Nance and Deng with him makes for a physically inadequate defense (fitting the Lakers recent approach), but Randle and Lopez occupy the same space offensively making sense of the rotation (ya know, for the Lakers). An equal concern is the perimeter D (which is improved by Laker standards but easily the worst in the league). If the Clips were shooters that would have been much more disgusting. Bledsoe is firing at will and DBooker can be spectacular outside so.I haven't really looked yet. What are your initial thoughts on your Lakers? 2nd half last year I just blindly inserted any big, physical rebounder-type that faced the Lakers. I may do that again this year.My thoughts won't pass the language filter here. LA is weak inside. Ball is going to be fine (for a Laker). He plays smart on defense and has some chops there (just not so much on the perimeter where he plays). He won't face Beverley or the like that often. Tonight could be a good one for him. I like his calm, hate his shooting form, wish he shot more, interested going fwd for sure (for a Laker fan anyway).
