Horn wants to play for Titans Published Mon Mar 5 10:35:00 a.m. ET 2007

(Rotoworld) Joe Horn is interest in playing for the Titans, although it's uncertain if Tennessee feels the same.

Impact: Horn has received lukewarm interest in the open market thus far, although his agent is trying to convey the opposite. Atlanta looks like the best fit.

The agent for Joe Horn, who might not have been high on the Titans’ initial list after being a cap cut by the New Orleans Saints, has voiced interest in the Titans. Ralph Vitolo sent a fax to general manager Mike Reinfeldt and was attempting to make contact with him over the weekend. Atlanta is likely the front-runner for Horn, but Vitolo wants to see what the Titans’ interest level might be.

“Joe’s a veteran receiver, and he would be a great fit in Tennessee. They have a young quarterback [Vince Young] who can do everything,” Vitolo said.

Don't these people have e-mail?Not sure I'd like to see Horn in a TEN uni - unless it is for an incentive based contract.

i actually really like this .. praying Titans sign him .. BUT .. big BUT HE DOESNT DESERVER HOLLYWOOD HORN $$$$$ ..

if its a A.Lelie type offer .. ok .. if not . mve along

He is a better option than Kelly Washington and Justin McCareins IMO. Justin was beat out by Cotchery and he hasn't shown much since he left

I say give him a 2-3 year contract and make it easy to cut him after one year if he doesn't produce. We have alot of cap room available

I think this would be a great fit. I think adding a passionate veteran like Horn would be just what the doctor ordered.

i don't see horn taking a cheap offer. as a vet, he's looking for a decent offer with some protection. he knows he can come back to the saints and get a cheap offer, even one with incentives for production (which in that high powered offense could be plenty). so teams that are interested in signing him had better be prepared for that. he won't come cheap...

that said, he's a tremendous competitor. he is a great locker room presence. he is not afraid of contact, going over the middle and has reliable hands. i would love for him to stick around in NO....

 Horn is a leader and contributes to the team in addition to his on field contributions. The only question about him is his ability to remain healthy due to his age. Hopefully he will return to the Saints, and he will be a benifit to any team that signs him.
