No, brutal is not getting one more ####### pass to DT....Brutal
####, you're not supposed to think it through that far...Had one of the Texans caught that Oswieler fumble, would have been brought back since you can't advance a fumble on offense?
Or brought back as a forward lateral?
How? He would need 133 catches...Brock averages 3 yards per attempt.Hopkins is going to have about 400 yards receiving this year.
Well played Sir, well played. No, brutal is not getting one more ####### pass to DT....
That point was sometime prior to handing him 30+ mil guaranteed.I mean at what point can they just say #### it and bench this guy?
Yes it seems like they could actually be a playoff team but that's probably not possible with him at QBThey have to consider benching him, right? I mean, clearly he just isn't starting caliber at this point. Try again next year, maybe, but he needs to sit now.
Get's a lot of passes batted down, for a tall guy.Wait isn't this guy 6-8?
There is still a weakness against RBs/tes in isolation. Makes me scared of pats. Nelson needs to play more for Todd Davis.Still wondering what happened to the D vs Falcons and Chargers. At least we get a 2nd chance vs Chargers
Fumbling side arm too ; apparently.Get's a lot of passes batted down, for a tall guy.
Seems like he's throwing kind of side-arm.
As a Bronco fan I as thrilled when I heard that Brock had signed with Houston! At least it will only cost you 2 years and $37 million (best case scenario). Can we get a refund on Osweiler?
I think the biggest weakness for the defense is the pass coverage of the linebackers. The team has struggled when TE's and RB's run routes. The linebackers just dont have the speed to cover them in man coverage. By contrast the CB's (Talib, Harris JR and Roby) are all great in man coverage so the linebackers are forced to play man and teams with good pass catching RBs can exploit the soft spot in the defense.Still wondering what happened to the D vs Falcons and Chargers. It's a good thing then that the Texans kept forcing it to Hopkins in the first half. Smart move, O'Brien: Force it into the defense's strength. Yeap...which is why they played a hybrid defense last night. CBs played man, while LBs and safeties played zone. There were some instances where that wasn't the case (PI on Ward comes to mind), but I think that is a new twist we can expect to see more of.I think the biggest weakness for the defense is the pass coverage of the linebackers. Nice catch Rascal. I didnt notice that hybrid defense... and I dont think Houston did either! Wade Phillips has been an absolute genius the last couple of years, I would expect him to keep experimenting until he finds something that works.rascal said:Yeap...which is why they played a hybrid defense last night.
