How does the 2013 Rookie WR class compare to the 2012 rookie WR class? (1 Viewer)

I find this class very difficult to guage. Last years class-no on except perhaps Blackmon stood out as clearly superior to other rookie WRs. Are there sites that have ranked this years rookies precombine and predraft with last years? Any taken a stab at it?
