I've been told "warning levels" never go down.Joe,Can you get off the board over an extended period of time due to good behavior?We have that already. It's called the Tool Chalkboard. In it's most basic form - I don't like to work on the boards. When a poster creates work for me by making me edit or delete their post. They go on the board. If they go on the board more than a few times, I assume they're slow learners and it's just easiest for me to get rid of them. I'm sure there's a Natural Selection joke in there some where for the FFA Guys. Sorry but that's how it works.He, he. Maybe FBG needs to install the "your name on the chalkboard" system like we had back in elementary school. After three checks after your name you get "time out"Which could be nearly eliminated by censoring/removing certain posters.To me, the problem is when certain posters do it over and over again, other people think it's okay, then they do it.I'll admit though there seems to be alot of bashing. But I think that's just the way internet boards are.

If you have a person who's been a problem over the years and they haven't done anything in awhile.......a PM by you, a mod. saying hey, you've really been a postive influence lately on the boards would go a long way.
I know this time of the season your busting at the seams with things to do, this option could also be exercises in the offseason as well.
