Twice. Once when I wake up, and another around noon after hitting the gym.

Once or twice a week? Do you only #### and have sex once or twice a week also? If not, then you are dirty - take a shower.

Honestly, I wash my hair in the sink, put on deodorant every morning without fail, and play hockey once a week which is followed by a shower.

Maybe you dont stink, but I dont understand how you dont feel uncomfortably grimey. I feel like that if Im just approaching 48 hours without a shower.

Morning - 100% always has to happen before I do anything. It's just habit.

Midday - After a workout and/or before going out (dinner, socializing, etc).

Before evening activities - Being out all day or just running around is too long to go without freshening up before sex.

At night - I like to drink, smoke and sex randoms; I can't sleep if I smell either of them before getting in the bed clean.

That is the main reason I don't shower often. I just don't see how showering, lathering on lotion so your skin won't dry, and then repeating 12 hours later is "clean". I never use any lotions or anything like that...that would make me feel grimy.

People who shower more than once a week dont call it lotion. We call it soap/body wash.

If I work out before lunch, I'll shower afterwards (almost always on the weekends). Then another before I go to bed.

If I work out later, I'll just take one that day.

Doesn't sleeping mess up your hair enough that it needs to be washed to look okay?

Now that I think about it, here's my algorithm:

-Shower after every time I play a sport

-Don't shower the next morning

-Don't go to work or church without having showered in the last 12 hours.

With that, I'd guess it averages out to 6 per week, usually skipping Saturday morning.

ETA: If I showered the night before, I lean my head under the handheld shower nozzle so I can get rid of the bed head, but don't step into the shower.

I work out 5 or 6 days a week, so it's usually 1 shower in the AM 1 after workout = 2

M-F it's an automatic routine. Wake up - shower. Home from work/gym - shower.

Weekends in the winter, it's once on Saturday and once on Sunday. (I quit the gym in the winter)

Spring summer, back in the gym 7 days. So it's 14 showers a week.

If I have an unusually bad hangover, and shart myself? Yea I'll throw in the 3rd shower post shart.

Oh yea forgot...the girl I'm blasting, she loves sex. So when Aun flo comes for a visit, we take it to the shower. So technically it's about 2.5 showers a day for me if you average in period sex and hangover sharting.

1-2. Unlike these other guys who shower before going to the gym, I just stick my head in the shower and wet my hair. Not counting that, I'll shower when I get back from the gym. On days I travel and shower first I'll shower again after a pm workout.

Then pretty much every night after some sort of athletic activity.
