How Many Social Media/Forum/Aps Check Regularly? (1 Viewer)

Including message boards, social media (Facebook, twitter, IG etc), message boards (Reddit, FBG etc) and networking sites/aps (LinkedIn). How many do you check at least 5 days a week?

Me - FBG, Reddit, FB, LinkedIn (I have to for work) and CityData (for local news)

IG/FB every few days, FBG (few times per day  ) and google finance for articles.
