How new QBs change WR and TE values (1 Viewer)

I don't remember this happening in past years, but lots of good to great receivers either have a new QB throwing to them or could be soon. Who's value is going to go up and who's is going to go down? There have to be some significant differences in real value and perceived value that can be exploited.

Guys I'm thinking about:

Calvin Johnson

Roy Williams

Dwayne Bowe

Braylon Edwards

Randy Moss

Wes Welker

Tony Gonzalez

Kellen Winslow

Go ahead and add any guys I'm forgetting.

My thoughts:

Seems pretty clear that Moss and Welker have lost a ton of value. Too late to sell high and buying low doesn't make sense because they're not likely to come close to last year's production.

I doesn't seem like Thigpen's terribleness is going to hurt Bowe or Gonzalez much because they're both still getting double-digit targets.

I don't think the same is true for Johnson and Williams. If Kitna is replaced I bet they try to run the ball more, especially with Rudi showing something yesterday.

I'm not sure what to think of Edwards and Winslow if Quinn takes over. My first reaction is they have to get better, but how much? I don't know.

Thoughts please?

I tried to express this concern in the Calvin thread but the man love in there for Calvin trumps any reasonable concerns about his lousy, QB, RB, OL, coaching staff, GM, owners - he is a stud who will revolutionize the game no matter if Browning Nagle is throwing the ball!

I'm not sure how a QB change would effect Roy Williams and Megatron. One thing that is for sure: if there is a QB change, it'll be Stanton and not Orlovsky. A positive on Stanton is that he's mobile, so they can move the pocket to make up for the O-line. The downside is that he hasn't played a snap in the NFL. The bottom line is that there is no D in Detroit, so they'll have to pass their way to wins. Unfortunately, I don't think that they have a QB that can do it.
