Any idea how the NFL would handle the WAS-PHI game this weekend if the hurricane makes it unplayable?

Moved to a neutral site Monday? Trying to figure out if I should start treating it as a potential bye week or not for those affected.

I read somewhere that both teams share a week 8 bye. If the hurricane messes with the game, they would effectively both be given a week 4 bye and then have to face each other week 8. sucks for them cuz they had to practice all bye week if that happens...

Even if they play this game an dither hurricane moves east, it still seems like it's going to be a rainy and windy mess. Would you sit key players such as Matthews due to worse than normal weather?
