I am happy to have drafted _________________ (1 Viewer)

Roy Williams

- WR Triple Crown season coming up for Roy (crossingfingers)

Roy emerges as the clear cut #1 Fantasy WR going into '08, supplanting the wanna'be's CJ and SSmith who have never lived up to the standards set by the BIG 3 (Moss, Owens, Harrison) only a few short years ago.

10 team league

Start 3 RBs and 3WRs, so I wanted depth at both positions. Drafted QBs late in order to achieve the goal.

FWP

Henry

Portis

Jordan

Washington

TO

Cal Johnson

Plax

Edwards

Jennings

still wound up with B Roeth, Witten, Elam and DEN def to round out starters

Reggie Bush fell to me at #7 (keeper league, so 5 top RBs were already gone pre-draft)...which made he me happy. Was happier to get Deuce in the 3rd...

Nice team. Is this a redraft? If not, you got FWP AND TO on the turn?!? That would be a indicator of the presence of guppies....I think you'll be starting Davis, Da Raiders and Holmes over Heap, Miami and Branch by week 4.

I'm always happy with my draft in this league--it's a 12-team PPRredraft with not-so-swift owners. I like my whole team, but these are the biggest steals:

Bush at 2:6--yes it's a PPR league. I was debating Westy vs Bush at 1:7, got them BOTH

Evans at 5:7

A Peterson at 6:6

Tatum Bell at 12:6

happy to have drafted....

...Tony Gonzalez as 4th TE off the board (Gates-Heap-Davis)

...Ron Curry, Arnaz Battle and Demetrius Williams VERY late

...Olindo Mare in the last round

...NO backup TE, K or DEF. Never believed in it, never will
I always draft a backup Kicker in case of a freak injury on Saturdays. Our free agent acquisition is on Fridays. so if you only have one kicker and something happens to him on Sat. or pre-game Sunday, you're screwed.Skyking

These kids in these 6 man leagues are so cute.

Brandon Jackson. Got him mid 4th, which means I overpaid for him. But I have a feeling he's in for a 1100 yard season, and looks like he'll be the goalline back. But no way he would have made it back to me in the 5th.

So I risked taking him ahead of Ahman Green, Lamont Jordan, Tatum Bell, and Adrian Peterson. Of those, only Green stikes my fancy.

Crossing my fingers I made a good choice.

I got Turner for a very reasonable price in my keeper/auction league.
We keep 10 players so our 1st round is actually like the 11th with rookies thrown in.I traded the 2.12 for Burner Turner to back up LT (I was happy about that)I got Bid Ben with the 3.12 and since I have Campbell backing up McNabb that was a priorityMy favorite pick though was getting Calvin Johnson at 1.03. I thought Peterson would go #1, CJ #2, and I'd take Lynch. I was okay with that since I start 3 RBs and could use the depth. But when CJ slid past the other two (Lynch went #1 :moneybag: ) I was feeling pretty good. I'm hoping he'll be my longterm replacement for Harrison.
