I may have stumbled onto a crime scene (1 Viewer)

PAGING ZALF -

Please write a satisfactory ending to I May Have Stumbled Onto a Crime Scene
Newest info from flyingv gained via a psychic vision:Phone rings

flyingv: Hello.

flyingv's sister: What the hell is going on?

flyingv: What are you talking about?

flyingv's sister: A whole bunch of police just pulled up.

flyingv: Huh?

flyingv's sister: I think some of them are even from the FBI. They have dogs and everything. They have a warrant to search for The Pullman Blanket(subtle title switch).

flyingv: You didnt tell them where it is did you?

flyingv's sister: How could I? I havent seen that thing in years. Last time I remember seeing it, is when you ....................asked to borrow it.(long awkward silence)

You dont know anything about this do you?

flyingv: How can you even ask that?

flyingv's sister: Sorry, Im just really nervous. The police are all over the place and the horses are going crazy. And there's some weird looking young guy that keeps holding his head and pointing the police in different directions.

flyingv: They dont know you called me do they?

flyingv's sister: (slight pause. almost too slight to notice. almost.) Uh...No.

flyingv: Good. If they ask, just tell them you havent talked to me in a while. I have to go take care of something.

(click of the phone hanging up)

Cut to flyingv's sister's kitchen.

flyingv's sister: Ok I did what you asked. I told you he didnt have anything to do with any of this. And I really hate lieing to my brother.

Special Agent Smith and Special Agent Starling share a knowing glance

Special Agent Smith:(solemnly) We understand, but the best way to help your brother is to cooperate with us. We all want to prove your brother had nothing to do with this.

As they turn to leave the kitchen the camera stays with the Special Agents long enough to catch the not so solemn smirks on their faces.
Update?

:lmao: I've really enjoyed the story but this last bit was just a little too over the top. :bs:
100% agreement here.
I agree as well. Well thought out and written, though.
Over the top? Seems fairly anticlimatic to me. What if I had described how PS led us straight to a body. Would that have been more believable?I'm amazed at how much more you people are reading into this then the plain facts.
So did you ever go back to the spot again, and did you find anything interesting?Any updates about any of the people involved in this story?

GREAT Schtick. Next time I read a novel, I'm going to post like I'm the lead character and the plot is actually happening to me. Then, as the plot unfolds, I'll relay what's happening in the book. GENIUS!!!
Ham reads some weird books.

I saw a show about a psychic like that yesterday on TV. It's not bull####, she's really seeing it.
:lmao:
Everything she described was there and they wouldn't have found the dead guy without her help.
O RLY? Please give details. Did the psychic say "The body will be found 120 yards to the west of the highway, 22 feet south of the oak tree."?Or did she say "the body will be near a road and trees and probably water"?
She described the landscape, (a lot of bricks (there was a pile of hundreds of bricks, she said a bridge, the guy had just crossed a bridge when his car fell off, etc...) she also said a few numbers...she said "45" and the fell off a cliff on road 45....she said 22, 21, and the guy's watch had stopped at 22:21. She also described the guy's car and the family confirmed it. I forget a few things but she really did :knowsstuff:
How many times claim to know stuff but really didn't?
I don't know but it was clear that she really saw all of these things...
:o Was it Monday, at 10:00pm, on NBC?

I've seen her on TV, too. That chick is a :confirmed: psychic.
How did you KNOW what time and channel?

No. Also no, no, and no.

... as much as we all want updates, the police will instruct you to not share this info with anyone.

If this is a crime scene, they wouldn't want the person responsible to have a heads up that the investigation is getting any closer.

Don't think we need to worry about a cold case for which the statute of limitations has run out.
