I need to move. Crime is rampant WWMOPD? (1 Viewer)

We were sitting at the dinner table this evening about 6pm, when we see this guy walking down the street carrying two 12 packs of Coors. There's one of those green utility boxes next to the sidewalk (about 3 ft tall and 3 ft long) The guy sets his beer on the utility box, and steps behind it. For a second I thought the guy was just zipping up his jacket. Then I can see his stream of piss. The side of the house that he was on runs along a fairly busy 4 lane street. At that time of the evening I would guess 30 cars pass by each minute.

Being the grumpy old man, I stepped out on the deck and asked WTF he was doing. The guy never even turned to look at me, he zipped up, picked up his beer and continued on his way. I saw this guy walking by a couple of days ago, he was carrying a 12 pack of Budweiser that day. So, I'm sure I'll see him again in the near future. (he'll need more beer eventually)
