don't you people have jobs?
last update is in the badminton thread, temper your expectations thoughBaloney, I may have missed the update, but whatever happened with your wife's friend who wanted your ####?
Brown. He thought he was seeing his proctologist.Which eye was he examining?
That's called the Hope Solo exam. There is an extra charge for that though.Brown. He thought he was seeing his proctologist.Which eye was he examining?

wait a second I won't even be able to use a contact down there. I've never been able to see out of that eye any way.Brown. He thought he was seeing his proctologist.Which eye was he examining?
I think it was BS's backside "pink eye"?!?!Which eye was he examining?

Are you the CEO of Kramerica? Is your intern named Darrin? Is your fly open? Thanks, pretty much as I thought. My intern will be in the office tomorrow, will look to feel him out about doing some detective work instead of putting together another Excel or PP presentation for me.LensCrafters? No. America's Best? You betcha.Since it sounds like you are industry, am I wrong in thinking LensCrafters is bottom of the barrel for eye doctors?FWIW I do not work at LensCrafters, and at 42 would say I am not on the back 9 of my career. I don't THINK I am a creeper, but maybe I better check.![]()
Honestly, I do not want to make any snap judgements on who works for what. Gatorman works for Costco, but is also a consultant for a large contact lens company. I do not think you can make general statements, but I would say by and large those that work in retail are brand new and cannot get a job in private practice, those that have immediate financial needs and those that are less driven. In general, the immediate salary for a retail doc is higher than private practice, but it does not go up hardly at all. It stays very stagnant, while private docs have a huge ceiling if they are not creepers.
FWIW I am pretty sure most retail docs do not make 6 figures.
EXCUSE ME?????Though I applaud BS in putting in the time and setting this up prior to Friday, there is no explanation or background as to why this mall guy is creepy. This is as lame and hand-handed as it gets - what are you an engineer?
Zero backstory, zero level of clues for suspicion, and where is the danger? And who is in danger? Who are we supposed to care about here? We all know BS is not a sympathetic character. Can you at least put yourself in danger so we can decide whether you should die and disappear ala Blue Onion?
BS - you can do better than this, get some help if you really are an engineer, because if you are - this probably is your best effort.
intern actually doesn't work on Friday but he ended up meeting me for lunch today. we sucked down a couple of beers and i gently mentioned the subject of this creeper eye doctor, told him how it would be great if i had the time to follow him around to see if he is a sicko. i laughingly said perhaps instead of finishing so and so project next week you could to do some recon at the mall. he seems eager to help although i think it helped that i mentioned the front desk girl at Lenscrafters was hot and had a giant rack.so?
where's the intern's report, dammit?
If she wears a pink sweater and has a husband named Todd, we've been waiting for pics for a long time.intern actually doesn't work on Friday but he ended up meeting me for lunch today. we sucked down a couple of beers and i gently mentioned the subject of this creeper eye doctor, told him how it would be great if i had the time to follow him around to see if he is a sicko. i laughingly said perhaps instead of finishing so and so project next week you could to do some recon at the mall. he seems eager to help although i think it helped that i mentioned the front desk girl at Lenscrafters was hot and had a giant rack.so?

Witness protection program. Don't out the guy or the feds will be all over your ###.Good to know, I did some internet research and was able to look him up via a state licensing site and it appears he is clean. He graduated from eye school in 2008 so perhaps this is a second profession for him. However, it almost seems like he didn't exist prior to 2008 (at least on the regular web...haven't had a chance to explore the deep web yet).Hello. I work in a Costco and can tell you that many Optometrists in retail settings make well over 6 figures. Again, we can get into the nuts and bolts of the profession, but that is boring. Suffice to say it looks something like this (and it may vary depending on the state)LensCrafters? No. America's Best? You betcha.Since it sounds like you are industry, am I wrong in thinking LensCrafters is bottom of the barrel for eye doctors?FWIW I do not work at LensCrafters, and at 42 would say I am not on the back 9 of my career. Private Guys who own their optical
Costco / Lenscrafters / Visionworks
Walmart / Target / Sears
JC Penny / Sams Club / BJs
America's best or any of those 2 pair of lenses and an eye exam for 69 dollar places.
I started out in a costco and made great money from the start and it only got better. I live in a saturated market (So FL) for eye doctors so walking away from this cash cow for a private practice was not in the cards.
Creepy happens in all industries, but I will say that I have fired a few of my associates over the years bc they were a little weird. Just go see someone else.
Gator
PS. Pickles> Just because I grazed your thigh once in the hot tub at Melly's does not make me creepy. I just slipped, okay?![]()
