Thanks for the followups Bloom. Glad you really like my team other than the LB and Mehlhaff
Mehlhaff. I think it was about this time last year the same thing was said about Mason Crosby and Nick Folk. I think Taylor wins this job because he has the much stronger leg and has been very good in camp already. Tie goes to the rookie like it did with Crosby. I think kicking with the Saints he will put up numbers comparable to Crosby last year. And the week 9 bye was key. And if he was not to get the job, he would take over for a guy like Suisham pretty damn quick. Instead Mare will take someone elses job maybe in the end after he is let go. This could be huge for me and well worth the risk IMO. Of course he could turn out like Justin MEdlock and I lose.
LB's. I almost took the LB over the RB in the end. I wanted Lawson and thought about him 3 rounds before you took him. He was in my pre-draft many times. But in the end I decided that I am going 4-3-4 or 3-3-5 most times this year because DB's and DE's get the big plays while LB's are great for tackles in most cases. Only starting 3 wont hurt me I hope. With having some of the best QB. WR, TE and DE in our league and solid RB and DB's, I am hoping one position does not make a difference
Edwards pick is not about need but value and hurting others in the end. I planned on 3 QB's and looking back, I still like the pick alot. Rather see someone with Croyle or Jackson than Edwards type of guy.
I am not very big on JEB's team like Brammel
QB play could be killed as Cutler is overhyped IMO. Grant is a guy I would not want to rely on and see jackson taking carries away from him plus add in Rodgers as QB hurts value. Rest of guys are okay. WR to me is a big weakness and the end of this team. Bowe is not a guy I would want as my #2. KC and Croyle makes him overhyped also. LB is great but in big play I really think other than DT, it could be the position you worry least about in the end and alot was invested here. See this team being out early.
