There's no way to answer that, as they might have packaged the two and moved up (unlikely), or traded one of them away for a 1st and 2nd next year (probable). Or, knowing they had two 1sts, kept the 7th spot. Either way, not having that pick changed their draft strategy. But I sure would have liked to find out.
