Neither are good for you. There is not a government in the world that is good nor is there a religion that is good. These are man made crap and they will always be corrupts because they are man made. More human beings died because of these two things in the history of our world then anything else.

What matters in the world is simple. Life is not that hard. We know what matters. Food, shelter and clothing. Is there more to live than that? If you answer yes it is because you won the "where I was born lottery".

It is just sick when you take on simple concept like make sure everyone has food and water. "Well they should go where the food and water is" These are the most ignorant people on earth.

For everyone, if you got give God credit, at least he made his laws out on two tables, the US couldn't put their's on Everest.

Everyone running for office or another high position spends all the money telling you they did nothing wrong and they are a great person...........we are all humans here............we are not perfect.........why hide stuff? Only dumb people think you are perfect.

Problem is JB, lots of dumb people and the time it would take to transition to this type of thinking as the majority...you would probably have anarchy the whole way. You take away religion from folks and you take away some folks ability to maintain even mildly stable. If it is ashes to ashes and dust to dust with no heaven and hell, no God, you would have a hundred Fort Hood situations tomorrow and the next day and the next day.

I agree on the government as well. This one in particular has a lot of people fooled into thinking it is somehow great.

Depends on how you look at it. I know a lot of people that are really into eating the finest food, wearing the nicest clothes, and living in the perfect home.

The problem with government and religion are the people who run them. The real solution is to eliminate the people. HTH.

I wonder if anyone ahs ever done a study on longevity and religion/politics. Like 'people that don't give a #### about religion or politics live 0.5 years longer than those that do. It seems to be that those who are die hards on politics have to have more stress when their party is not running the show. I bet their arteries harden at a faster rate.
