If you could go 1 Brady 2 Gronk 3 Welker 4 BPA 5 Lloyd 6 Hernandez (1 Viewer)

You would end up with this team. It's basically an upside down Pats draft.

QB Brady

WR1 Welker

WR2 Lloyd

WR3 Rd 4 or 7 pick

TE: Gronk or Hernandez

RB1 Rd 4 or 7 pick

RB2 ???

I'm still nervous about the Patriots OL, but otherwise, I think I like it. It's Pats or nothing for your squad but if the 5000/40 crew for Brady is right...

You are basically capping your team and probably guaranteeing a loss or two....and likely a playoff time loss in week 15 vs. the 49ers.

Am I guaranteeing any wins?

I'd never take more than 2 people from the same team. With this team, you'd probably lose on the bye. The way the Patriots offense runs, if heaven forbid something happened to Brady, the value of all of these others drops like a rock. No way I'd consider this, even if I was a Pats fan.

Not if this happens

Any game where the Pats score less than 22 points, you would struggle with this team. Especially not picking an RB1 until the 4th Round. I think this is probably a 7-4/6-5 team that would not win once you hit the playoffs.

I enjoyed Brady + Welker + Gronk last year, and will target them again this year, odds are low that ill be able to line them up like I was last year.

But no, I wouldnt roster any combination of two NE WRs. If lloyd was my WR2 id start him with gronk and brady. But I wouldnt draft my team that way.

In our FBG staff draft the other night, these guys went as follows:

Brady - 5

Gronk - 10

Welker - 15

Hernandez - 44

Lloyd - 46

I'm guessing there would be very little chance of doing what you are suggesting.

yeah, cuz the niners really shut down the saints last year.....hell to the yeah i'd draft that team, but you'd need to make it1 Brady 2 Gronk 3 Welker 4 Hernandez 5 Lloyd 6 Ridleywaiting for hernandez in the 6th is probably fail.now add gostkowski, vereen, and pats d.

Let me guess, that wasn't Dodds who took Welker at 15.

I agree, but I bet there will be some drafts where someone is able to pull some or even all of the original posting off. Maybe have to move up Hernandez and Lloyd by a round and sacrifice the 4th round BPA to get all five guys in rounds 1-5.I think Welker is the most unrealistic at Rd 3, but I've seen the guy get disrespected in my leagues year after year. Now this year they're saying it's Lloyd that's gonna vulture him. Sweet. Do it Lloyd. You're scoring points for me too, buddy!!!1 Brady2 Gronk3 Welker4 Lloyd5 HernandezMaybe you lose out on Welker and get BPA at WR instead. Roddy? Jordy? Dez? Upside and diversification. Sweet.I like having QB BradyRBS Upside down draftWR1 Welker (or Roddy/Jordy/Dez, others)WR2 LloydWR3 ??? Garcon/WayneTE Gronk and HernandezIf Brady goes for 4300 yds and 35 TDs, life is rough, but how about if 4700/40 or 5000/45?
