You spent all summer working on numbers. They are likely more right than not. Don't worry if one guy (or guys) tanked on week 1. At the end of the year they'll be fine.

Just my piece of advise on a Monday.

Good advice. But you can revaluate your projection, but dont just totally change them from one extreme to another. Also I think everyone should be able to know that a couple players will break out and show it game 1 and carry it the rest of the year. While others will not. Use a scrutinizing eye and try and determine which is which and adjust accordingly. But as Bagger pointed out... by the end of the year thing will usually even out.

Ok wait I am confused. So if I projected a player to tank, but then I drafted him anyway, and he turned out to be great in week 1, I should... uhhhh... revert to my original projections that he'll tank... and drop him?

But a good point by the original poster. There was a great article I think on the site here somewhere about how much weight to put on performance at the start of the season versus prior performance, and overreacting to week 1 can be a bad strategy.
