I have now made it to the championship game for the 5th year in a row... I have yet to win one. This will be the first time I wasn't favoured to win. I'm taking that as a good omen.
Hey...what's up, Jim Kelly?
He never made it to a 5th.
Way to just kick Jim Kelly in the balls.Hello championship game in our big $ league.

I'm in. Have no clue how, but I won't complain.

On draft night I thought I'd win three games max.

Was looking real bad until a fourth quarter miracle. Thanks to Vick, DeSean, and CJ for your game-ending heroics. Now we go for the travelling trophy.

Isn't there a thread for this pinned already?

Oh well.. in 3 of 3 superbowls. Guaranteed 1200 with a chance at about 2 grand.

FBG's subscription as well as this forum play a large part in that.

Made it in both my quality leagues. I thought winning both would be tough as I have AFoster in one and went against him in another but the chips fell into place.

Lots of team management this year with injuries so FBG and the SP were a big help.

Yes but in how many of those three are you facing Mike Vick? I hear he may be a liability this time of year...

Going to the big show after taking down the 13-1 first place team with my ALL STAR WAIVER WIRE TEAM!!

and thank you Waiver Wire Studs : Vick, VJax, Steve Johnson, Hillis, Tamme, for getting me there and especially Vick and VJax for showing up at the perfect time!

:yucky:

Thanks to Green Bay pretty much shutting down Welker, I AM IN! :shark:
four $100 leagues- I made two SB's. First year with FBG. I hate FBG's layout on page 2. Its just too much. But the my fbg option that syncs to myfantasyleague has been awesome and invaluable. I will defintiely re-up.

Any chance you could post the rosters of all the teams you've traded with? I'm on the edge of my seat here. :sadbanana:

I'd like to give a huge shout out to FBG. This is my first year paying for the site, and I made it to the league championship in 2 of 3 leagues. It'd be 3 of 3 if Rogers hadn't gone down last week. I hereby give credit to the draft dominator and inside info on FA pickups. Well maybe Vick as a FA pickup after week one since i had Kolb and Stafford at QB had a little to do with it too. lol If all goes well, $1000 is mine in my main league next week. Thank you FBG.
You ArE So CooL! Can I add you as a friend on Facebook?
Sore loser alert.

Any other time of the season I might agree with you. But this is end of year and the championship. Time to look over your team and your decisions and analyze what went right or even what went wrong. He made the championship. I and many others (other than the sore losers) are interested in what got him there.BTW, nice Michael Vick post icon.

Thankfully none. Why?
Mike Vick > Anyone else not buying into the hype?, POTENTIAL for letdown down the stretch...I see that my  in here finally prompted you to go eat your crow this morning.

I wouldn’t normally have tweaked you like that, but I just couldn’t resist since you were posting in other threads, while avoiding your own thread like the plague, despite the fact that YOU were the one who foolishly bumped it at half time.

In Zealots I made it to one Championship (Z42 league). In another Zealots league I'm up by 1.4, with ADP left and my opponent has Jared Allen.

Championship in the money work league, third year running.

Zealots 56 title game, in spite of having to play Rodgers because of locked waivers during playoffs and 5 IR'd QBs...

That's the second year in a row.

Traded:

Derrick Mason and Eli Manning for Michael Crabtree after week 4 when Crabtree only had 12 fanasy points. Never really worked out, rode Crabtree a couple of weeks during byes but really not a major contributor.

Traded:

Mike Williams SEA for Ken Darby. Had depth, wanted Jackson's backup when he was dealing with injuries early on. Never played Darby once.

Traded:

Nicks for Andre Johnson. Worked out, Nicks ended up with component sydrome and Johnson performed well.

Traded:

Thomas Jones, Ivory, and Cutler for Deangelo Williams. Never worked out, didnt play Deangelo Once. Sold Deangelo for Manningham before Smith or Nicks got hurt and it worked out. Played Manningham weeks 9 through 13 when Floyd was out.

Traded:

Mike Thomas and Ryan Torain to the Portis owner for Vincent Jackson.

I don't really care if you "know me" or not, as you seem to enjoy poking fun at plenty of posters that you don't "know" either. It's also fine by me if you are overly sensitive when others tweak you back.

For example, avoiding your own thread warning us all that Mike Vick could be our undoing come playoff time after all of the ribbing you were taking for bumping that thread. It took you quite awhile to work up the nerve to reply in that thread (which came just a few short minutes after I poked fun at you in here). And even when you did you responded with a flurry of posts in full-court press defensive mode. Similarly, here when a simple acknowledgement or chuckle would have been more than enough to keep me from posting anything more than a :highfive: or a , instead your fragile ego is forcing you to try to elevate yourself and denigrate "shark pool folks" or me personally because I don't post as often as you, or you don't "know me".

I've been around here just as long as you have, and have read plenty of icon posts over the years. Sorry you don't "know me", but I gues that's the price I pay for having an engaging enough 'real' life that I don't post as much as some of the "HEY LOOK AT ME" crowd whose "board cred" factors into their "quality of life" equations.

More Serious Business folks :) I didn't post in the thread until this morning because I wasn't on FBG until this morning. I had a bunch of folks at the house watching the games yesterday and the only time I got on FBG was to throw out a friendly ribbing through the thread bump. I'm flattered and amused that so many people leapt out of the woodwork to let me know my folly. I was dead wrong. Good deal. :excited:

The fact that you continue to stalk me over it is a bit disconcerting. Not really sure what your motive is here but can we cut to the chase so we can both get on with our days? What exactly would fulfill you here? Talk to me. I'll do what I can to help.

I do appreciate the psychoanalysis though. Where do I send the check?

I am just busting your balls buddy. Vick owners like myself were pretty pumped yesteday with his late game heroics leading many of us to our own championship games next week. We were bound to give you some grief, especially after your halftime bump.Believe it or not I actually enjoy reading many of your posts, and your sense of humor makes me chuckle at times.

All I really want is to wish you good luck next weekend and to enjoy your championship games. This week and draft days are the best time of the fantasy season - enjoy them! :pickle:

I'm in in 3 of 5 leagues. 4th if Forte takes a dump tonight. The 5th was a draft only league and my RBs wen't down early and the QBBC strategy stunk it up this year.

3 out of 4 leagues I am in the championship.

In the 4th league I scored 144 but wasn't enough with my opponent scoring 150. The team that won the other game to play only scored 74 points. This was the most challenging league for me with rosters freezing in week 11. Still proud of the team. Good season

League 1 12 team competitve money

Finished 10-3, first round bye. Won semi final matchup, in the finals.

League 2 12 team free yahoo

12-2 in the finals

League 3 12 team free yahoo

12-2 in the finals

League 4 12 team free yahoo

12-2 in the semi finals, week 17 championship.

It was brutal to watch, but hung in both my leagues. Winning one by 0.9 pts and the other by 4.8 pts. 2 leagues and 2 championship games.

:pickle: :pickle:  :hifive: :pickle: :pickle:

Don't know how I made it to the big game w/my team, but I did. Thank you VJ & Rice for going off. Please do so again this week.

I'm in it against the best team in the league so I expect to lose, but stranger things have happen. Need Vick to put up a stinker!.
