For whoever survived the wreck today, please don't start him vs. the Bears next week.
Though, now that the bears clinched homefield will they rest some guys the next two weeks....???
No way in hell do you start Kitna vs. the Bears next week. I'd take the first available QB on the waiver wire over Kitna vs. that matchup.
I survived despite Kitna's 'performance' today and have had it in the back of my mind that he should be an automatic bench vs. the CHI defense. However, another week, another good/great fantasy performance by a middle-road QB against the Bears defense has me rethinking this.
Please keep in mind that I'm only considering this because my only other option is Alex "monsoon" Smith.
Whaddya think though? Homefield locked up + recent trend of QB's scoring well vs. CHI defense reason to be overly concerned RE: starting Kitna again? Maybe it won't be thaaaat bad ...
ETA - QB performance vs. CHI DEF last 4 weeks
Week 12: Brady, NE 269/1/2
Week 13: Minnesota QBs ... really bad
Week 14: Bulger, STL 356/3/1
Week 15: Rattay/Gradkowski, TB 305/3/1
