I'm starting Kadarius Toney vs KC over _______________ (1 Viewer)

Really tempted to put him in over Tee Higgins or Claypool. I mean at his current two-game pace dude seems a lock for 200 if he can play four quarters.

Tough to plug in an injured player that left the last game he played with an injury.  Especially, in a Monday night game.  Otherwise, I'd be excited to play Toney.

Has there been positive reports on the ankle?

There was a video released where he jumps super high for a one handed catch in practice, also he has no eyebrows so he's more aerodynamic.

Agreed, I’m going to leave him on my bench for this week. I hope he blows up so I can trust him next week.

Don't ever think what you type has no effect on people. Thought about it, realized I was a heavy favorite, and yanked him from the lineup for Marvin Jones.

Will I let that stand? The next few hours will tell me that...

Yeah I did the same for Claypool... although after Claypool's crappy 2/17 last time I may switch it back. Or go DeVonta Smith, when memories of a recent crappy 2/31. Don't you guys just love these decisions? 🤣🤣

Godwin possibly, depending where I stand at the end of 1:00 games.  Slight underdog, and if my early guys don’t do well, I’m going Toney for the higher ceiling.  If it’s close, I’ll roll out Godwin.

What? No AB, gronk a decoy, Lattimore shadowing Evans. Godwin is a top 10 play this week with an enormous ceiling.

Ya know, I don't think I'm ever going "the safe" route again. I thought I was a pretty good favorite today, but after a couple of subpar performances from my guys I find myself wishing I had Toney in my lineup tomorrow night. I'm sure glad I got Claypool and his "safe" 4-45 in my lineup while I take a disappointing loss.

I do love these threads.

Hindsight and all that.

ETA:  Starting him over Hardman, assuming Toney plays.

Well unfortunately I did not have the onions to elevate KT from my taxi and use him at WR2 and started Higgins (over Claypool/Cooks). Not the worst result and probably won't matter given my tepid week. Best of luck to those who are putting him in there.

Where do you think Kadarius Toney will rank as a WR for the ROS in say a .5 ppr league?

FBG's have moved him from WR 64 to WR 57 while the hype I'm hearing is he's like a potential WR #2 and league winner.

Who would you rather have K Toney or:

1) A.J. Green

2) Cole Beasley

3) E Sanders

4) J Jeudy

5) J Waddle

6) M Jones, Jr.

7) Chase Claypool

Would you rather have Toney over any of these WR 2/3/4 guys? Over all of them, anyone?

Id rather have him than all except Sanders or Waddle. Those are debatable.

Didn't have the stones to start him this week given the snakebite last game.

Benched for the following:

10T PPR 2WR / 1FLX (currently 2nd):
Started
Jefferson / Samuel / Herbert (FLX)
Benched: Jeudy (1st game back) / Claypool (Continues to sputter) / Meyers (RB heavy script)  / Toney (Can't trust first game back)

12T PPR 2WR / 2FLX (Currently 1st):
Started: Kupp / McLaurin / Jefferson (FLX) / Patterson (FLX)
Benched: Toney (Trust issues) / Gage (Thank God) / Meyers (RB heavy script)

12T PPR 1WR / 2FLX (Currently 1st):
Started: Jefferson / Dionte Johnson (FLX) / Devonta Smith (FLX)
Benched: Toney (Trust Issues) / Meyers (RB script) / Claypool (Sputter)

If he can stay healthy and looks good this week, He'll likely be flexed in at least 2 of those teams next week.

Fingers Crossed... could be a fantastic WR2 with stud upside the rest of the way.

Just dropped Jeudy and picked up Toney for the Halibut and upside electric moves. Already have Javonte Williams from the Broncos flopping like a Mackerel anyway. Jeudy has potential breakout potential as well. Broncos seem stalled a little bit. With all the hype I found a share of Toney. Now, will he crack the lineup over T Hill, M Williams (maybe), J Waddle, or Chase Claypool? I don't mind Daniel Jones > Teddy either. I could see Flex starts if things blow up for sure. Looking forward to watching this game tonight even more.
