I'm looking into my crystal ball and I see this year's Heisman Trophy winner, Baker Mayfield, going 1st to the Browns in the 2018 Draft.  But what if last year's winner, Lamar Jackson, went 2nd to the Giants?  I guess my question to everyone is this: When was the last time two consecutive Heisman winners went in the Top 2 in the Draft?

There is literally no chance Baker Mayfield goes number one overall. None. Although if any team is dumb enough to blow the number one pick like that it would be the Browns.
