IN a bad weather game (1 Viewer)

I keep hearing if the NFC Championship is played in Green Bay that Dallas has no chance of winning. I just do not see that. If it is a bad weather game Dallas gets the edge in that also IMO. They have the better running game better tight end and better wide receiver that can muscle for a short yardage throw . Also Romo is better at making plays when everything breaks down and Dallas's one weakness is giving up a long pass every now and then. January in Green Bay is not the best place to be playing for a deep pass. Both Defenses are very good. Advantage Dallas. Either way Dallas wins. You will see tonight.

get it ready

Better than who? Favre? He he. . . .Apparently you have missed all the hype about how Romo might be a bit star struck by playing against his "Hero" in such an important game. . . .I think they have been pretty much gushing about it on this new cable channel called ESPN during an up and coming show called Sportscenter. And I recall a few plays this year that Romo had a broken play and the announcers made comment that he looked like Favre with the play he pulled out of his cheeks. . .or something like that. . .I could be mistaken. As of now, doesn’t really matter what the outcome of the game is. . . .if fans of either team think its going to be a cake walk they are just plain star struck themselves, because I guarantee that neither of the teams think they are going in for an easy win.Would I be much more confident if the game was in Green Bay and or we had a healthy Def. . . .yeah . . . but lets not make this into a Cowboy Day already.Either way. . . .see you in January. And yes, we will be having the same exact convo. . .diff will be the game location

The part you forgot to mention is they said he looked like a YOUNG Favre. Romo is better then Favre at making something outa nothing right NOW we are not talking about 10 YEARS ago. I want to see a ball snapped over Favre head and him run 30 yards back down the field to retrieve the ball then run for a first down and Romo has done that more then once this year I could go on. Let's not talk about injuries either Henry will play but he is still hurt with a high ankle sprain and Terry Glenn lets not forget him will be around for that NFC Championship game. Should return week 15 or 16. It will not be a blow out. Dallas wins 38-24 with a late score to seal the deal.

Really? With that suspect secondary? Against Favre and his array of weapons? Personally I don't think the 'Boys matchup to well with the Pack. But we will see...

You are right. If there is a team that can beat Dallas in the NFC it is Green Bay. I am just glad that we will find out tonight. Cause I am very tired of everyone saying well this team is the up and comer that is going to knock Dallas of their perch of the NFC. After this game there will be nobody left. If Green Bay wins there will nobody left for anyone to cry about either. This game decides who is the favorite to represent the NFC this year. Personally either team will make a game of whoever they might face in that Superbowl. Right now the #2 and #3 teams in the NFL.You are right we will see. TONIGHT CAN'T WAIT! :kicksrock:

HE HE. . . .

"Tony would tape his favorite players, and he would try to emulate them," said Steve Berezowitz, Romo's high school basketball coach. "He would practice moves that Jordan did. Favre and (Dan) Marino and Elway, too.

"I remember Favre used to do that handoff and then jump up in the air. Tony did that a couple times in high school. He came off the field and I was like, 'What are you thinking?' He was just laughing."

SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. . . .(ok, maybe I am lucky that was in there)

SO I stand corrected

GO PACKERS STILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What time is Sportsline on? just kidding of course. But I'd have to call it an even split really. I'd take Favre over Romo in bad weather and the playoffs (insert fumble snap joke here.) but having JJ and Barber keeps Dallas in it.

Washington and Buffalo both almost beat the Cowboys. So to say no other team can beat them is a bit stupid, particularly since they have to play Washington again.

:coffee: Or it gets snapped over his head and he throws a pick, which happened last week and is something Favre would have done 10 YEARS ago.

Just wondering here, what is sportsline? I know of sportscenter, but not sportsline. Not trying to be an #### just curious if that's a mistake or is it an NFL show i'm missing
