I am in a work league with 16 players mixed levels of experience but need drafting advise? It is a PPR league with 16 bench spots. Standard 1 QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1 WR, RB, TE Flex, !TE, 1 DEF, 1K. Not sure how to prioritize my draft picks? Any help is appreciated never drafted in such a large league wondering how strategy changes with large size?.

how strategy changes with large size?

Actually picked this up from @Eephus the other day. Apparently you need to take bigger risks with larger size leagues for baseball; not sure this holds for football, but what the hell. Swing for the fences and let us know how it goes.

one thing i do is when i have to pick a te flex player i prepare by having a flex off in front of the mirror and shouting feel the flex burn bromigos really loud but then my lady normally says just take finley take that to the bank brochachos

A lot of guys make sure they prioritize Antonio Gates, given how much better he is.

In a 16-team league with 16 bench players, I would use all 16 bench spots on kickers. It guarantees you that at least one opponent will be without a kicker all season.

PPR leauge but the rest of the scoring is basic scoring, QB 4 point touchdown passing, 6 running...

But you don’t just need 2 WRs you also the other separate WR spot to fill. Plus a TE flex and a factoral TE spot which is extra complicated. Oh and only 1 RB starts. I’m starting to wonder if you even play in any leagues like this.

Usually I'm the guy who comes into these threads and explains why everyone's being weird and directs the guy to the right forum, but I'm offended by the poorly written post. As a former Assistant Coach forum regular, I always felt that someone who expressed themselves poorly was being selfish; they'd rather 20 people spend the time to decode their scribblings than one person spend the time to write coherently.
