Well, if you went RB/WR instead of traditionally going RB/RB in regular standard redrafts, you may be in a better position, no?

I want to see what people think.

I think it was the way to go if you were picking at the end of the first round. In my 12-team PPR league I took Rudi at 11 and came back with Steve Smith in the second round. Obviously that's worked out well. The guy picking 12th went McGahee-Chad Johnson and he's off to a strong start as well. The depth at RB this season made WR a very enticing option in the second round.

Went RB (Addai)WR(Owens)WR(Wayne).

Happy with it so far. Never had the intention of going RB/RB. 14 team pick 5 ppr

I went RB-RB-RB-WR-WR

pick 4, 10 teams, start 2 of each 1 flex

I took LJ and McGahee with my first 2, was going to take Owens with my 3rd but he went the pick before me. I always like to have good RB depth and play a RB as my flex (because theyre more consistent usually) so I took Jacobs with my 3rd (as I was and when he returns still will think he'll put up some good numbers). Followed by Wayne and Roy W

I agree with you statement if you were able to get Smith, Chad, or Owens in the 2nd, but I think other than them there was no reason to take one there when the next 6-8 WRs are somewhat similar and could be had in the 3rd.

I know I was very lucky to get Roy W where I did, and Wayne was the obvious choice in the 4th to anyone regardless of the first 3 round choices, but despite Jacobs getting injured and LJ not doing much yet for a first round pick, I'm still 2-0.
