Wondering if the Packers could re-evaluate whether Murphy could rejoin them. He knows the offense, had real promise, and seemed like he was willing to take whatever risk was associated with his condition.

I don't think he can sign with them but he can sign elsewhere. May have to give back some $ but....

I don't believe he'd be medically cleared so, moot point

This story says that a player must sit out the # of games equal to the severance package. (i.e., if they pay you for 2 games, you must sit out 2 games).
