Interesting Draft Notes from Mortensen (1 Viewer)

- Putting everything together it looks like the Raiders may be leaning towards Johnson

- If Raiders take Johnson, Quinn probably slips to at least five where Cardinals would get trade offers from teams wanting to move up to get Quinn

- Thomas would have no problem playing RT for the Cards even though he's played LT all of his career(duh)

- Cardinals may not be set on taking Thomas if he gets to them at 5 because teams looking to trade up may be offering quite a bit

- Safest players are AP, Thomas, Johnson

- A lot of teams saying AD is a HOF type player if he can stay healthy(I disagree)

- Doesn't think Lions will take Adams at #2, thinks they would trade down

Mort also mentioned that if the Raiders do take Calvin, which he has a gut feeling that they will, the Lions would consider Adrian Peterson at 2 and the Browns would take Russell at 3. That would leave the Vikings and Dolphins jockeying for position to draft Quinn, possibly at 5 (thru trade).

I know that Savage and Crennel prefer Russell over Quinn, but I heard that most of the Titans brass preferred Leinart last year. Considering Lerner practically flew the entire staff to Notre Dame for Quinn's Pro Day, is it a given that the Browns would take Russell if both QBs were available?

Mort actually addressed this and mentioned a lot of scouts/evaluators have questioned Quinn's accuracy...basically, almost everyone has Russell rated ahead of Quinn
