I've been practicing law for 15 years. I see a Rule 12(b)(6) motion in your future (motion to dismiss for failure to state a legitimate claim). If the NFL shows some self restraint, they won't file a Rule 11 motion against you (sanctions for filing a frivolous claim).
Not even. Fails at class certification. Sorry that your friend is an idiot. Making you mad doesn't constitute a claim.

:lmao: - this thread has taken a very positive turn.

Guys from what I am told if you have an internet petition and it gets 5000 people behind it the complaint will be heard by the internet court. There is a judge and everything. The maximum monetary award if 25,000 so we're looking at only 5 bucks each but it's about the principle and not the money. Forward this to your friends, get it out there on social media. We could make the news but nightfall. My friend says it costs $189 to file a case and he will pay it and then be paid only if the suit is a winner. No risk to sign up.
Isn't the case against Turf War fantasy football still caught up in the internet courts? I still haven't seen the $1,300 owed to me from 2008. I read that the internet court is still backlogged with slander cases resulting from the yahoo chat room incidents of 1999.
