In no way am I questioning Andre Johnson's talent, but given the dominance of the Texans running game I am starting to wonder if Johnson is an still elite fantasy WR.
Just look at his stat line over the last two weeks. In both weeks the Texans only targeted him 4 games.
Week 2 AJ had 3 catches for 21 yards on 3 targets
Week 3 AJ had 2 catches for 72 yds on 4 targets (1 of those 3 touches was a 60 yd td)
Beyond the great running game the Texans have they are spreading the ball around a lot. Schaub threw to nine different wr's and threw 4td's to four different wr's last week...Possibly the most important issue Johnson is facing is the way he is being used is that in games when Texas has the lead (I expect there to be a lot of those games this year) the Texans will just keep running with Foster and Tate. They may be the only NFL team in 2012 where the passing game is an afterthought.
With all of this in mind I think Andre Johnson is at best a weak #1 or really great #2 WR. I just don't see him as elite going forward due to the Texans offensive strategy.

.Those wanting to trade Johnson are in no man's land because you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. However, if an owner is selling low, I'd bite.
Opportunities come from game plan and game flow. While Houston has a great game plan for the run, they'll have to pass more based on game flow when games are closer or they're losing. As another poster mentioned, more emphasis on stopping the run by opposing defenses will also force Houston to pass more. If defenses bring their safeties down and leave AJ single covered as a tendency, I'm thinking 12 TDs total for AJ on the season will still happen.
