we haven't had a monday night game in YEARS.. and they've been boozing since 6 pm

this is a HUGE anomaly.

But back in the 90's before ticket prices were outrageous there were a lot of games like this.

We lose this and a few more and not only will there be boatloads of empty seats, we'll have blackouts .. trust me, i've seen both sides of the coin.

Royals sell out opening day and have a great atmosphere too.... then... sucks

Arrowhead is one of the top 5 most intimidating places to play in the NFL. One of the best true home field advantages.

It was only like this from '91-2003in the 80's it was a ghost stadium, and there's been poor attendence and decreased tailgating the past several years.today is not par for the course unless they start winning.. and even then the nfl ticket prices + HDTV have taken a lot of the blue collar loud drunks out of the stdium

That game last night was awesome. Made me long for the days of the Vet. that place was intimidating. Yea it was a dank pit but it was OUR dank pit. The Linc has no attitude. Its just a field. There's barely any noise or ferocity. No home field advantage at all.
