Is it wrong to assume Sparano gets Fired? (1 Viewer)

The Dolphins are 0-4 have a bye then play the Jets. Should we be concerned with the value of players like Marshall/Bess, Thomas/Bush :yucky: /Slaton, Henne might be out for the season, and the defense isn't really doing that good.

Mike Nolan would likely fill in as interim coach could this be a fantasy black hole forming?(not like it was good to begin with)

it is wrong to assume anything about this wobegone franchise. From the clueless owner, to the inept GM Ireland, to the field goal loving head coach, to the whole lot of replacement level type players masquerading as 1st or 2d rd draft picks, it is one of the worst run teams for the last 15 yrs in the history of modern day pro football. The team picture is under the definition of "mediocrity" in the dictionary, and thats only because the dictionary is still a fan.

The obvious answer to your question is...Dan Carpenter would be the most effected by Sparano's departure. If they actually got a coach who knew what an offensive touchdown was that would be a step in the right direction. But with S Ross saying already that he believes in Sparano and he isnt going anywhere dont hold your breath. Absolutely would help all skill players if the whole regime takes a hike, as some new no nonsense guy wouldnt put up with underwhelming crybabies like B Marshall, or Kevin Burnett. Wouldnt try to make COP backs like R Bush into Larry Csonka.

I wouldnt touch any of their players for some time, probably a long time, because the Dolphins right now are a stinky smelly fish totally out of water.

(now i feel better)
