I have been reading in more than one place that Juron has said that he would like to split carries and make sure FRED JACKSON gets his touches ...

and now the latest comment of ... " we might just go with the HOT hand " ..

I find it disturbing that they are willing to take touchs away from their # 1 rd pick in order to get a street free agent some touches ...

anyone else worried about this moving forward ?

Whatever gets W's

Lynch is a tough runner, and takes alot of hits. They will give him a break as much as possible. Jackson got alot of touches last week because it was a blowout. Lynch will continue to get most/all the carries in close games.

Isn't this what you really mean?

Disagree. I think the Buffalo staff finally realized that Jackson is a very explosive player. They'll find ways to get him for some plays even if games are close. If the Bills are winning or losing by a lot, then he'll get even more carries. I think the Bills preferred to go with a RBBC approach from the beginning but both A-Train and Wright were so terrible that they just gave Lynch the workload.

ORLY? Then why would you find this "disturbing" as opposed to merely "interesting" or "worthy of discussion", etc.?

Lynch got 23 carries last week, and I'd expect he's good for ~20 touches per game no matter what Jackson does.

Where Jackson might hurt Lynch's value is in PPR leagues. He's got 13 catches to Lynch's 15 on the season and really seems suited to that role.

If it results in two viable fantasy backs both getting over 100 yards... I'm not going to complain.

 Why burn out Marshawn Lynch when you can get virtually the same productionby going with a Lynch / FJAX split ? It makes perfect sense, imo.

Especially when you consider Lynch's running style, which is one of the more violent I've seen in a while. I would expect Lynch to still get 20+ carries most games so I don't know that this really qualifies as RBBC, but I'm just happy that we have another RB who isn't a liability when Lynch needs a break.

I meant most/all of the important carries. You will not see Jackson on a 3rd and goal from the one yard line with the Bills down 6. Jackson is certainly better than Thomas, and will get more carries than Thomas would have, but Jackson is not nearly as good as Lynch, and when the game is on the line, Lynch will be getting the ball.
