Is McNabb back? (1 Viewer)

Hell be back if he puts up numbers against a solid defense. Yes, its much easier to get excited over a team that allows 5,000 yards a game.

Yesterday was the first day he played without the knee brace. He didn't look slow and plodding which is probably the best sign. I'd say he's back, but I still hold reservations about the WRs.

cautiously optimistic...this d let josh mcown throw all over them though.

he does get the giants next week though :football:

Look what happens when he gets open receivers and time to throw. If the offensive line keeps it up and anybody can get open, Donovan will be fine.

Slight hijack.Yea but the Giants defense looks really improved - is that an aberration?
I'd say yes, to some extent. The Redskins just got an emotional victory on the road against a rival that has beat up on them on Monday night football, 20-12 vs. the Eagles. Short week to prepare, coming off an emotional victory, the Skins got off to a fast start and started thinking they were better than they were, and had a letdown. The Giants are fair against the run and horrible against the pass, but Gibbs didn't seem to want to let Campbell throw. Terrible game plan that worked into the Giants hands. The Giants are learning a new defensive scheme, so maybe they are improving, however, they were the more desperate team. I still think this was more about the Deadskins being bad.
