If the writers at the SF Chronicle are to be believed then, yes, Nolan is done.

The problem with trying to predict things with Nolan is that York is an idiot.

I do expect him to try to throw his weight around a bit in some fashion. He's has that petulant kid aspect to his personality in that he feels he needs to remind people sometimes he is at the top of the power pyramid. He might get a wild hair up his #### and fire Nolan, ala the Mariucci situation. Or he just might just take away some power and give it to someone else, either someone already their or some yes-man he brings in. It's anybody's guess right now, and I don't think anyone, York included, really knows yet what he's going to do.
