No, I wouldn't stash him. He's injured, MAY return in November, for an unknown team. It's October 5th. Find someone who can help you now. If Halloween comes along, and we see him doing situps in his driveway, proclaiming his readiness, then we can talk.

Publicity Stunt to pick a winning team and he is out right begging for a handout SB ring as a WR3.... pass.
I have owned him in my dynasty league since 2004. He was my best WR when he was in Philly. I stuck by him when he was suspended.
He was my best WR when he was in Dallas. Led me to a championship (with Marvin Harrison an Tiki Barber). Stuck by him when he was cut.
Stuck by him the the lean year in buffalo. By then I had other WR (Jennings and Marshall) and in Cincy he was an awesome WR3.
I've stuck by him and he keeps rewarding me. I will continue to stick by him. Worst thing that could happen? He takes up a roster spot that could go to who, Kevin Ogletree?
I'll stick by him, and maybe get rewarded with a pretty good WR during the stretch run.

OIC, Bismark captain going down with the ship??!
Oops, forgot to mention his awesome season last year helped me win a second championship, and we're doing quite well this year. Going down with the ship? Hardly. But I do hope that my faith in him comes back to reward me towards the end of the season.

no thanks.. no real reason too.
Whether he'll be any good or not is anyone's guess, but I can absolutely guarantee that Owens is not bragging himself up as a publicity stunt to be some team's WR3. If you know one thing about Owens, it's that he has absolute confidence in himself and undoubtedly thinks he could step right in and be as effective as he was in Cincinnati last year.'FarEastKilla said:
