Does he see Nickel now that Dawkins is hurt?

I don't see why Dawkins being hurt would open the door for Mays to see more snaps on passing downs. Mays is a thumper but hasn't showed a whole lot in terms of pass coverage or pass rush imo.

I see Mays has been IR'd. I also see the DJ Williams may be dealing with bursa sac issues.

So, that begs two questions:

1. IS Williams, indeed, injured badly enough to be shelved. I've seen only 'rumors' about the bursa stuff so far.

2. WTH is going to be getting those snaps at ILB in Denver now if both Mays and Williams are dinged? Who do they even have to roll out on the inside other than Haggan? Wesley Woodyard? Anyone else?

Any homers/Jene hearing anything?
