J. Morgan vs. M. Floyd vs. D. Avery (1 Viewer)

Morgan in both redraft and dynasty. I think Morgan keeps the starting gig in a pass happy offense.

Edit to add: sorry I did not see the Avery option here. I rank Avery 1st then the the other two.

Avery - The eventual successor to Holt. He will do well in that offense.

Morgan - Pass happy offense, good skill set.

Floyd - Call me unimpressed.

Dynasty, Avery by far. The kid looks like a star in the making.

Redraft, probably Morgan because of the opportunity of being in a Martz offense. He should get a lot of targets.

I'm not sold on Morgan or Avery. Avery's stats are skewed because he played Dallas last week, but even then he didn't get very many targets (he just happened to catch most of them last week). I think he'll go back to his typical 6 target/4 catch/45 yard average for the rest of the season.

Morgan's stats are also skewed -- averaging 1 catch per week before catching 5 last week (because both Battle and Johnson were battling hamstring injuries).

I'd rank them as follows:

1. Floyd -- when Chambers is out

2. Morgan -- when Battle and/or Bryant are out

3. Avery

4. Morgan -- when Battle an/or Bryant are healthy

5. Floyd -- when Chambers is healthy

IMO, Avery has the best outlook by far.

Last week, he had a touchdown called back on a penalty and another play where he was wide open and Bulger overthrew him. This would have been an 80+ yard TD on 3rd and long as I recall.

The Rams drafted him as the first WR for a reason, and we're just starting to see what they had in mind for this speedster.

2. Morgan -- when Battle and/or Bryant are out

I thought I read that Morgan was moved ahead of Johnson on the depth chart?
