So, one of my leagues is a shallow bench (4 bench spots for 13 starters) PPR league. I think bench is too shallow, but it does create for some interesting waiver action and ends up playing into strategy through the year. In any event, one owner this week straight up dropped J. Stew and another straight up dropped Fred Jackson. In this league, RBs have less value than more "standard" leagues (both on a points per game basis and b/c of the need to play so many other players). Still, both of those guys seem like value propositions moving forward -- J Stew may be on the upswing with an offense that seems to have found some legs, and especially if DeAngelo is out for any length of time. Jackson is clearly the guy in a decent, though pass-first-and-last offense. Any thoughts on these guys seasons moving forward?
