Just wondering if anyone knew what the deal was w/ Gaffney's no-show in week 17. I see he didn't record a target...I'm wondering if he even played a snap. I saw that Stallworth got some action in that game. The 5 games prior to week 17, Jabar had put up some pretty respectable numbers.

Anybody out there know what's his status for this weekend's game?

Jabar Gaffney was on the field for 26 of 68 offensive snaps. They just didn't throw to him. They have a lot of weapons.

This is just off the top of my head without any factual confirmation, but I think he had most of his production in the games where they didn't run much and went with a spread wr offense to beat blitzes. I'd look at the Jags D and try to figure if they'll bring a lot of players on blitzes, because then he'll probably see more throws. If they just try to bring pressure with 4 guys, you might see the Pats run more.
