Jalen Parmele Over Stevan Ridley This Week (1 Viewer)

I don't own Parmele anywhere and wouldn't have started him if I did, because I have better options. I'm just saying that calling out the OP when his guy was injured after one touch is bush league.
Where are all of the Ridley guys now? He is stinking up the joint on my bench! Hope you all don't lose because you "had to start your stud"!
And that is why he gets roasted. Had he just said his peace and come back now, eaten his crow, I doubt he gets blasted. But he decided to talk #### before the Pats game was over and now he has this.
Exactly!! And of course he's nowhere to be found now. And Parmele came back in the game if I'm not mistaken. I mean what did he expect anyways starting a Jags RB over a top ten RB?!

Weird statement considering the fact that Jags have had at least one very productive fantasy RB every season going back well over 10 years.

Not this season, which is why I made that comment. Now, where's Brownie??

Where are you now Brownie???? Hahaha :)
Dude. I never would have started Parmele anyways, but there's still NO way to know how this would have gone if he stayed healthy.Unless you predicted an injury, there's nothing to brag about.
Agree fully. Brownie's post about Ridley's line not being good enough for an RB2 is asanine, but Parmele did have 5.6 ypc and although I did not see the game, it seems like the Jaguars definitely wanted to give him the ball when available. Those who watched the game, please correct me if I'd wrong.

He is on to something though.... The Pats have scored over 100 points the last 2 weeks and Ridley only has 2 touchdowns. And the only way he scored tonight was running it in from 9 yards out. The Pats are in the red zone a gazillion times but Ridley seems to be the last option. As a Ridley owner I am definitely worried he could have a lot of 15-65-0 games down the stretch.
In week 8, Ridley scored a 1 yard TD. In week 9, he had a bye. In Week 10, he had a 1 yard TD. In week 11, he had a 3 yard TD.What exactly are you worried about?
I suspect the worry is that Ridley almost has to score for him to give you a good fantasy week. In the weeks he hasn't scored, he has put up very mediocre fantasy numbers. The fact that he is never used in the passing game really doesn't give him the chance of still having a good fantasy week in games where he doesn't score. And we can't expect him to keep scoring every week, can we? Sure, he has scored in 7 of 11 games so far, but with the fantasy playoff stretch coming, there is that real fear of him having a few of those games where he runs for 70 yards, doesn't score and doesn't catch any passes.
good example of the ridiculous mental gymnastics required to be the guy who overthinks (really underthinks) his matchups and is really trying to be the 'genius' coach. Some truly horrible analysis (sic) at work it this gem of a post.

Jaguars placed RB Jalen Parmele (groin) and CB Will Middleton (concussion) on season-ending injured reserve.Related: Rashad Jennings, William MiddletonNov 27 - 4:07 PMhttp://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/4844/jalen-parmele
Good lord. New number 1 waiver wire claim for me . . .
