Been seeing the guy drop below the likes of Shady, Mendenhall, AJ.

He's been pretty awful during preseason. The Chiefs have been worse than awful. Now, with the injury to moeaki and Cassal, not to mention their increased difficulty in schedule, where do you guys have him now?

I"m seeing him commonly in the 7-9 range in the first round. And even then, i'm still a little worried.

Then the next tier. Charles belongs there. With the other first-overall level talents who for whatever reason, happen to have question marks about them heading into the season. For some, this tier has two or three guys. For others, it has about ten. I can see an argument either way.

Charles anywhere from #3 to #12 or so would make perfect sense to me in most formats.

I"m seeing him commonly in the 7-9 range in the first round. And even then, i'm still a little worried.

Add in 2 fumbles in 17 touches this preseason and I can understand why some people might be concerned. His past production is extremely impressive but he is a guy I have made a point to avoid this year. I don't expect top 5 production from him this year and him finishing as an RB2 wouldn't surprise me at all.

Took Rice over him but only because it was TD-heavy scoring. Hoping Rice sees a huge jump in TDs this season. With TJ and McClain in KC to punch it in, I don't see Charles getting double-digit TDs.

He didn't' get double digit TD's last year either. 5 Rushing to be exact. His value doesn't lie in his ability to get in the endzone. He still finished pretty well in most leagues (although you did specify TD heavy scoring).This thread feels like a support group for people who are facing JC week 1 and just noticed FBG's projections for his output this week

as a KC fan I had them penciled in for 6 wins this year....with this first week being one of them.....but if Shane Falco is now getting the start I drop it down to 5.....

those chasing Charles stats from last year are going to be very disappointed.....

I'm not getting a good vibe from anybody on this team right now and I think it is going to be a long year.....if they lose this home opener, it could get real ugly....
