At this time, I think Rodgers is the best QB in the league. He could make any WR look good. Jones is a good, but not great WR and I don't think the Packers will overpay to keep him, but somebody will overpay to get him.

Outside GB, I think his success as a free agent will mirror Bryant Johnson's.
After seeing how difficult it is to stop spread offenses, I expect WRs to be in demand, jones included.
Would you rather sign jones or Braylon Edwards? Both are FA, both can get separation vertically, both have problems with drops. I would prefer Jones, only because of the attitude problems of Edwards.
