Did this arrive yet? Curious to hear your thoughts. Would like to have something that allows me to practice when I travel. That said, the most problematic thing from the videos I've seen is that it appears extremely awkward to hold when playing and the strap appears suspect from the comments.

Yes, I received it last week. Just played around with it a bit after opening it.

There were a few minor tweaks with the lefty setup and they said they're making a strap adjustment for lefties because it hangs unbalanced when not held.

I haven't done any tutorials yet but I will report back after putting a few serious hours into it.

Wow, I just watched the videos, that looks awesome.

So is this considered an ok way for a total beginner to get started, or would it teach a lot of bad habits that would have to be unlearned when transitioning to a real guitar?

Either way, looks like it would be lots of fun just to learn and play the jamstik.
