I’m in Tokyo at the moment. Felt the earthquake (the building was swaying) but we are far from the area most affected. Praying that folks here come through this with minimal casualties.

I first saw it reported at like 3am et. I think they only got like a four foot wave, and then downgraded that warning. Obviously an aftershock or another big one would be a problem. Good luck Big bottom.

Brings back bad memories of Fukushima. Obviously they got wiped out and one of the (possibly the only) places (in the US) that had backups of everything (schematics, etc) was also down. I drove several hours in the middle of the night to assist in getting them back up. And never slept so the drive back was a bit brutal.
