this is total BS. First, Campbell wouldn't say that. Second, even if he wanted to, NO WAY Gibbs would allow that.

Don't believe he said it either, but does it really matter? With so many bold predictions and guarantees these days, they don't mean a thing. If they're right it's "I told you, I ####### told you." If they're wrong, you won't hear from them for 10 days.
