**MNF Lions at 49ers** (+3.5, 50.5) 8:15 (1 Viewer)

Washington Commanders defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 38–33 in week 3 of 2024 without a punt or a turnover from either team, the first time this has occurred since 1940.

Guessing this will be the second one.

I would think they address the playoff rules this offseason. No way a 14 win team should be on the road in the wildcard round. Like have the division winners get a playoff spot, but rearrange it so record determines seed, not division champs and then wildcard teams.

ETA: Should be:
#1 Lions
#2 Vikings
#3 Eagles
#4 Commanders
#5 Packers
#6 Rams
#7 Bucs

Um, from either team? Niners have two turnovers

Oh my bad - Googled no punt game

can’t blame that one on the spotter

This will be the 7th no punt game since 1992 (Wikipedia article)

The 49ers - Bills in 92 IIRC was one of then. Over 1000 yds of offense. I remember watching it live.

you are correct, sir!

Oh F'n Dobbs!!! I had Jennings under 64 yards and you just killed it woth those last couple of throws.

I forgot they were college teemmatws.

I'll say it again...NOT a star
OK, you're the GM, if you're Lynch what do you do in the off season?
Purdy will be on Year 4 of a 7th Rd rookie deal and has been to 2 NFCC and 1 Super Bowl

I'd like to hear what people are thinking is possible here
with the way QB's are paid and how hard it is to get a franchise guy? 5 years 210 million? Just north of 40/yr?

COuld see stretching that a bit if it's team friendly in the later years. You definitely try to resign, just don't pay him like the top 5 guy he's not
Very rational and I agree but we're talking about the QB market, I can see this number swelling

How do you miss that PAT. Cmon man

I know it’s killing the vibe, man

did you catch Dan Campbell’s shoulder roll?

not happy
Those two XP missed cost me the 🏆
Ouch. Sorry man

Dude nails a 58 yarder but misses two XPs. FF can be cruel
TBF the XP block was not remotely his fault
Doesn’t help the LCG scoreboard tho.

-1 for XP misses including blocked XP.. Sucks but to be fair I started the Colts D.
